Our website (https://www.shilohequestrian.com) is powered by Shopify (www.shopify.com) which has this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service. Please note that this necessarily involves your personal information being transferred outside of the geographic borders of South Africa, e.g. to the United States of America.
We currently use The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd (https://thecourierguy.co.za) as our nationwide door-to-door courier service. They have this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you purchase a product, as part of the buying and selling process Shiloh Equestrian collects the personal information you give us such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and telephone number.
When you browse our online store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, information on what browser and operating system you are using, information about the site that referred you, your computer’s approximate location (country and city/town), and the date & time of your visit. This is used in an aggregated way to better understand how visitors use this website and to improve it.
With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, offers, promotions, and other updates. An example of this is if you explicitly subscribe to receive news and specials by submitting your email address on our website and then clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button in the ‘Confirm you want to receive email marketing’ email that will be sent to the submitted address.
CONSENT
When you provide us with your personal information during the buying and selling process for completing the buying and selling process, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only (used e.g. to place an order, to complete a transaction, to arrange for delivery of your order with the courier service, to keep you up to date about the progress of your order, to document the order & transaction for bookkeeping/tax purposes, etc).
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
We do not and will never sell your personal information.

OTHER PARTIES
Google reCAPTCHA may be used to verify that you are human and not part of a bot attack, e.g. when you subscribe to emails in our footer or complete the form on our Contact page. This requires some data sharing with Google. They have this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service. You can reduce the data shared by logging out of your Google account and deleting your cookies/history before using it.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
